1.What is eSobi Cloud?

eSobi Cloud is an online service platform, and it includes My Page, My Friend, My News, eSobi Online, and Portfolio. All these individual functions bring you convenience and entertainment in your daily life.

2.How do I join eSobi Cloud?

If you are already an eSobi product member, please enter your ID and Password to access My Page.
If you are not yet an eSobi member and would like to become one, please download eSobi Trial and proceed free registration*. Once you have received activation mail and completed creating ID/Password, please access My Page with the ID/Password you have just created.
*The current beta version offers registration through eSobi PC version only, if you wish to know more information about eSobi, please visit here.

3.What's the cost to use eSobi Cloud?

Nothing! eSobi Cloud service is completely FREE.

4.I forgot my register ID/Password or I'm not sure if I've registered before, what should I do?

You may go to here and request a Check ID/Password letter to your email. Please note, you will be receiving a temporary password, you may make modification once you have login successfully.

5.What is member activation?

To access eSobi Cloud services, you will need a set of ID and Password. Member Activation is a process that will lead you to create a desired ID and Password. If you already have ID/Password, go ahead and enjoy the service! If you haven not gone through Member Activation process, please see How do I join eSobi Cloud?
